Thank you for your interest in Woodward Academy!
On the following pages, you will be asked to submit the following:
- Applicant’s and parent's/guardian's biographical information, applicant’s curricular and extra-curricular interests, applicant’s familial biographical information and alumni relationships, applicant’s academic and conduct history.
- Once the required information has been submitted, you will be directed to a payment screen on which Discover, MasterCard or American Express may be used to complete the process. Once the payment process has been completed, your child’s application will be sent electronically to the Woodward Academy Admissions Office.
- The application fee is $75. The testing fee for students entering PreKindergarten through fifth grade is $40. Students applying for sixth through twelfth grades must register separately to take the SSAT.
- Finally, you will be asked to print inserts appropriate to the grade level application, which you will then turn into your child’s current school or physician. The individuals who complete the inserts will then send the forms directly to Woodward Academy. The inserts are also available here.
