Student Transport, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodward Academy, provides safe and reliable transportation for Woodward Academy students. Student Transport complies with all local, state and federal regulations regarding bus driver qualifications, licensing and training and strives to maintain standards of excellence in all areas. Busing Fees for 2013-14:

Transportation Fees to Main Campus:
Both ways, daily (a.m. and afternoon with late run flexibility) - $2,125.00 per semester
One way, daily (a.m. or afternoon with late run flexibility) - $1,400.00 per semester
Sibling discounts:

A discount of $425.00 per semester/$85.00 per month is offered for a sibling registered for both ways

A discount of $280.00 per semester/$56.00 per month is offered for a sibling registered for one way

There will be no charge for additional siblings after the first two students are paid-in-full

Siblings must reside in the same physical home address

Discounts will be applied to the lowest fee
Custom scheduling based upon selective dates is available at prorated pricing by contacting accounts@woodward.edu.
Reservations are made on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. If seating is not available, you will be notified promptly. Routes are based on a minimum requisite number of students and cannot be guaranteed.

I. Installment Payments
Fall Semester due dates: June 15, July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15
Spring Semester due dates: November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15
Payment method: online registration via Parent Account Management, payments are managed by Smart Tuition, Inc. for automatic, recurring ACH debits or recurring credit card charges
- Preregistration is required a minimum of five business days prior to account charge
- A $43 annual family account fee will be assessed by Smart Tuition to establish the plan
- A 2.5% fee will be assessed by Smart Tuition for use of MasterCard, Discover and American Express
II. Payment in Full
Fall Semester due date: June 15
Spring Semester due date: November 15
Payment methods: check payable to Student Transport, Inc. (Please mail completed registration form)
- Online registration via Parent Account Management, managed by Sallie Mae, Inc.for a one-time ACH debit or credit card charge
- A 2.65% fee will be assessed by SallieMae for use of MasterCard, Discover and American Express
