We contribute to Woodward Academy to help maintain an environment where all students understand the value of pursuing academic excellence. This pursuit of excellence in all endeavors is promoted by our students, not ridiculed.

  • Parents Molly and Shannon Croft

Woodward is the perfect match for both Ford and Morgan since we want them to focus on all three "As" – academics, athletics, and the arts. Woodward has it all!

  • Parents Julie and Eric Carlyle

There is no greater gift than education. Our contribution is a small token of our appreciation to the faculty and staff of Woodward for their dedication to the students and for instilling in them the love of learning.

  • Parents Chad and Laurie Hood

It is a privilege to be a part of the Woodward family. Contributing to the Woodward Fund allows the Academy to provide a special educational experience.

  • Parent Karen Hill

I contribute to the Woodward Fund because it makes me feel good to support the programs, improvements, and opportunities at Woodward Academy. I want to join with all Woodward families to achieve 100 percent participation!

  • Parents Nick and Jane Sigalos

We support Woodward because, as Woodward parents, we have become accustomed to the excellence Woodward provides, and know that while tuition affords the base, it does not totally fund the operating budget. Donations, both large and small, are collectively needed to maintain this level of excellence both now and for the future. More simply, we support Woodward, because it is for our children.

  • Parents Angela and Mike Cassidy

The many academic and enrichment opportunities at Woodward have helped our sons develop into fine, young men. As they grow up and move out into the world we feel confident that the contributions that Woodward has made to their development will serve them well in life. We hope that our financial contributions will help Woodward enrich more young lives, as well.

I give because I was fortunate enough to attend Woodward from Pre-K through 12th grade. It was not until after graduating from Woodward that I realized how special this place is and how well my teachers prepared me for college and life beyond high school. Giving back to the school that has provided me with so much is my way of saying thanks.

We continue to give to Woodward Academy to show our support and to say ‘Thank you’ for the wonderful education our sons Stephen ‘03 and Jacob ‘08 received.

  • Alumna and Parent of Alumni, Maggie Hodges ‘74

Even though I graduated from Woodward in 1974, I still remember every one of my teachers' names and the specific things they taught me about academics, and life. George and I have watched our two children receive the same gift. Woodward's impact far exceeds the tuition we have paid. For that reason we are not just giving to Woodward, we are giving back.

We give because we recognize the importance and value of the education here at Woodward. Through our donation, we are giving our kids, and others, the tools to become global thinkers that will contribute to a greater cause. That's the Woodward Way.

Not only did the academic preparation and character development I received at Woodward make it possible for me to receive an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy, it is also the reason I have been able to stay and be successful. That is why I give.
