Student Accounts

View Billing Statements and Make Online Payments

Currently Enrolled Students:

Access Parent Account Management to view your student account balances and make online payments with a credit card, checking account or savings account.

Register a Sallie Mae account to view statements and setup reoccurring payments.

New Students and New Enrollment Fee Payments:

Make a one-time credit card payment, without registering an account.

Make a one-time checking or savings account payment, without registering an account.

Student Accounts

• Parents are advised to anticipate additional charges throughout the year. Information regarding the purchase of books, supplies and uniforms is available through the Campus Store.
• All charges are billed monthly and are due when billed.
• All checks are electronically deposited on the day received.
• The Student Account number can be found on the billing statement from the Academy. The Student Transport Number is the same as the Student Account Number with a "ST" in front of the number.
• Woodward Academy's Federal Identification Number is 58-0625584.

Note: The tax number is for gifts, camps and After School Care that is paid directly to Woodward Academy.  Tuition is not tax-deductible.
