Admissions

Application Process

The Woodward application process is a “self managed” process. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to track the application from beginning to end. Parents should make all appointments, ensure that all information is submitted in a timely manner and make certain that all supporting documents are submitted for inclusion in the applicant’s file.

To request an application package, contact the Admissions Office at 404.765.4001 or fill out a request for information. The package includes an application, containing all appropriate forms, SSAT testing information for Grades 6 and above, and any additional information you may request.

Applications must be on file before interviews and testing can be scheduled. All appropriate forms should be submitted to the applicant’s current school starting in January. Please refer to the Admissions Calendar for additional dates of importance.

Woodward offers three ways to submit an application:

  1. The traditional paper application which can be mailed to you by calling the Admissions Office at 404.765.4001 or filling out a request for information.
  2. By printing a PDF application and submitting it to the Admissions Office.
  3. Online application which will take you to our secure online application which can be submitted, along with appropriate fees, via the internet.
