Tuition Payment Plans

Woodward Academy currently offers three options for the payment of tuition.  All tuition payments received after the due dates listed in the plans below will be assessed interest charges.  To make changes to the tuition plan you selected during re-enrollment/enrollment, please contact accounts@woodward.edu before April 19, 2012.

Full Tuition Payment

Full tuition minus the previously paid reservation fee to be paid by July 16, 2012 using check, online bank draft, online credit card (Discover, MasterCard or American Express), wire transfer or stock transfer.  Use of a credit card will result in the parent or guardian paying the full tuition plus a 2.65% convenience fee charged by the third party company that processes credit card payments for Woodward Academy.  To make an online payment, go to the Woodward Student Accounts webpage.  If you need additional information on paying by stock or wire transfer, please contact accounts@woodward.edu. 

Financed Tuition Payment

Full tuition minus the previously paid reservation fee financed through the Your Tuition Solution Plan or through Sallie Mae’s K-12 Family Education Loan Plan. As the parent or guardian responsible for tuition payment, it is your responsibility to apply to Your Tuition Solution or Sallie Mae and to secure payment to Woodward Academy by July 16, 2012. The school code needed to enroll with Sallie Mae is 60910900.  There is no school code needed to enroll with Your Tuition Solution.  For more information on the financed tuition options, please visit the Your Tuition Solution or Sallie Mae websites or call Springstone Financial's Your Tuition Solution at 1.800.920.9777 or Sallie Mae at 1.888.272.5543.

Monthly Payment Plans

Woodward Academy offers three monthly payment plan options. For each plan, payments begin in May 2012 and payments are due by the 15th of each applicable month. The monthly payment plan options allow for the full tuition payment minus the previously paid reservation fee to be distributed equally over either five months (May 15, 2012 through September 15, 2012), eight months (May 15, 2012 through December 15, 2012), or 11 months (May 15, 2012 through March 15, 2013).

Selecting one of the payment plan options requires registration with Smart Tuition. To register with Smart Tuition, please access their website at https://enroll.smarttuition.com/ and enter Woodward's school code of 10996. The party responsible for this payment option may use check, bank draft, Discover, Mastercard or American Express. If a credit card is used to pay any or all of the monthly payments, the parent or guardian agrees to pay the appropriate tuition plus a 2.5% convenience fee, which is charged by Smart Tuition, the third party that sends monthly billing reminders and collects payments for Woodward Academy. The parent or guardian responsible for payment is also required to pay a one-time administrative fee of $43.00 per family charged by Smart Tuition to cover the cost of administering the payment plan. In order to meet the first payment on May 15, 2012, enrollment in Smart Tuition must be completed by April 19, 2012. If enrollment is completed after April 19, 2012, the responsible parent or guardian should send the missed monthly payments directly to the school and then begin making the monthly payments to Smart Tuition for the remaining tuition balance. Transition Program Note: Any student enrolled in the transition program will also have the applicable transition fee distributed equally over the months of the selected payment plan.
