Opportunities available to Woodward students for summer travel, learning and service are growing every year with the help of the Alumni Association’s initiatives and scholarship fund.
The Woodward/GMA Alumni Association awards a limited number of scholarships to selected 11th grade students to help fund summer study throughout the United States and abroad. Summer Scholar funds are available to rising seniors who want to extend their education outside the walls of the traditional classroom. At the completion of the summer program, the student prepares a short presentation on their experience and presents to the Alumni Board of Directors during the fall of their senior year.
