Upper School Official Transcript Request 
This form is for students who currently attend or attended Woodward Academy Upper School or Georgia Military Academy (GMA), located at 1662 Rugby Avenue, College Park, GA 30337, in grades 9th through 12th.

Please allow seven to ten business days between the request and the time you need your transcript. The Academic Dean's office closes during these times each year.  No transcripts will be processed during these times. 
  • Week of Thanksgiving (November 20-25, 2023)
  • Two weeks at the Winter Semester Break (December 18, 2023 to January 4, 2024)
  • Week of Spring Break (March 4-8, 2024)
  • Week of July 4th (July 1-5, 2024)
Note: No transcript can be released unless the student's financial obligations to Woodward Academy have been met.
