The Woodward Consignment Shop was started in 1986 by a group of parents who felt they could raise money for the Academy and at the same time offer a valuable service to parents and students. The shop is staffed by parent volunteers whose children attend Woodward and takes in, on consignment, used books and uniforms. We were “green” before “green” was cool! For information on buying and consigning, scroll down. By using the Consignment Shop the need for other fundraising such as candy bar and wrapping paper sales is eliminated!

Purchasing and Consigning
The Consignment Shop is open every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the school year, except on school holidays. Please bring your used books and uniforms to the Consignment Shop and let us sell them for you.
We look forward to seeing you and helping in whatever way we can, as you prepare for school opening. We need volunteers for August, so if you would like to help please call one of the co-managers.

The Consignment Shop writes checks on consignment contracts from November 1st through May 10th of each year. The selling parent will receive 70% of selling price. Checks are not automatically sent out, you must come by during regular shop hours or call or email the shop in order to have a check mailed to you. If you e-mail or call, please let us know the spelling of your name and address.
