Strength & Conditioning

The Academy’s Strength & Conditioning program helps student-athletes improve their strength and speed so they can keep pace with the high level of competition in Georgia high school sports.

Our students train in the Gene Whitner Milner III ’04 Weight Room, an impressive, state-of-the-art facility. Workouts are tailored to individual athletes so they can achieve progressive gains, with emphasis on strength and muscle development, speed and agility, flexibility, and injury prevention.

Student-athletes may work out under the supervision of a coach or individually. They may sign up for the Physical Conditioning for Sport P.E. class during the school day or work out after school with teammates.
