Dan Martin '64, a three-year letter winner in football, JV basketball, and track, where he set school records in the mile and medley relays. He went on to Emory University, where he lettered in track and soccer all four years and was captain of the soccer team in 1967-68, when Emory went 11-1. Dan was named to the Emory University Sports Hall of Fame in 2000, and is a retired professor emeritus from the College of Medicine, University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center.
