Ethan Gill ’22, a member of the 2022 Woodward soccer team, recently became the first Woodward Academy soccer player to be named a United Soccer Coaches High School All-American. Ethan joins 21 other boy soccer players across the United States earning 2022 All-American honors and is just one of two from the state of Georgia.

Ethan guided the War Eagles to a perfect 7-0 region record, a Region 3-AAAAA Championship and helped Woodward advance to the 2022 AAAAA State Semifinals.  In addition, Ethan was named the AAAAA Player of the Year and was a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee.  Ethan tallied 31 goals and 19 assists during the 2022 campaign and will be playing soccer for Holy Cross in 2022-23.
