Rising Woodward North third-grader Zhihan L. recently earned first-place finishes at consecutive U.S. Kids Golf State Invitational tournaments.

On May 16–17, she won the Girls 8U division at the North Carolina State Invitational, held at Longleaf Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Less than three weeks later, on June 5–6, Zhihan captured another title, finishing first in the Girls 8U division at the Georgia State Invitational at Stone Mountain Golf Club.

The back-to-back victories add to an impressive spring season for the young golfer, who competed against top players from across each state in the U.S. Kids Golf invitational events.
