Three Woodward seniors–Morgan Black, Jack Merrill, and Amelia Tong–have been named 2023 National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalists. The 16,000 Semi-Finalists are the highest scoring entrants in each state on the 2021 national PSAT test and represent less than 1 percent of each state’s high school seniors.
