Woodward Academy’s Upper School robotics team has qualified for the FIRST World Championships in Houston, Texas, following a standout performance at the District Championships.

The team earned the Engineering Innovation Award, a prestigious honor recognizing creative and effective engineering design. The award carries an automatic bid to the World Championships, placing Woodward among the top robotics teams in the world.

As one of the smallest teams competing at the District level, Woodward distinguished itself through ingenuity, perseverance, and strong collaboration.
