Woodward North sixth-graders Justin Z., flute, and AJ J., trumpet, represented Woodward at the GMEA District 5 Sixth Grade Honor Band on May 2 at Georgia Music Educators Association hosted by Chattahoochee High School.

Advanced sixth grade band students from across Fulton County were nominated to participate in the honor band experience. Throughout the morning, students rehearsed three new musical selections before performing them in an afternoon concert for parents and friends.
