Woodward North fourth-grader Jai V. competed in geography championships at the national and international levels, earning multiple medals along the way. In Orlando, he captured the U.S. Geography Bee national championship in the third-grade-and-under division.
Jai then took his geography knowledge to the international stage in Thailand, where he finished second in the world in the International Geography Bee in the fourth-grade-and-under division.
