Woodward swimmers eighth-grader Parker Wheeler and ninth-grader Preston Wheeler delivered standout performances at the Georgia Age Group State Championships, helping Swim Atlanta capture four relay state titles while earning multiple individual podium finishes.

At just 13 years old, Parker was named the 13–14 Boys High Point Champion, securing the fifth Georgia State Championship High Point title of his career. He won individual state championships in the 50 Butterfly, 100 Butterfly, 200 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, and 50 Backstroke. Parker also finished second in the 100 Backstroke, 1,500 Freestyle, and 200 Individual Medley, third in the 50 Freestyle, and fourth in the 100 Freestyle.

Preston closed out his final Georgia Age Group State Championship with a strong showing, earning second-place finishes in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Freestyle and placing third in the 200 Freestyle.

Together, Parker and Preston helped Swim Atlanta win four relay state championships in the 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, and 400 Freestyle Relay. The team also set new Georgia state records in both the 200 Freestyle Relay and 400 Freestyle Relay.
