Fall is the time of year when we share the Woodward story with prospective new families. This month, we're hosting group tours and preparing for our Main Campus Open House on Nov. 1 and our Woodward North Open House on Nov. 8.
Families often ask what we are looking for in prospective students. In short, we are looking for bright, well-rounded students who want to be involved in their school and aspire to make a difference. This may come in the form of a student-athlete who enjoys community service, a talented musician who likes to travel, or a young scholar who finds pleasure in baking homemade goodies for their friends.
Every student is unique, and we enjoy spending time with each prospective family during the admission process to truly get to know them. We offer plenty of opportunities for families to tour campus as well as several shadow days for students interested in spending a day in the life of a current Woodward student.
The Academy is accepting applications for the 2016-2017 school year through Feb. 26, 2016. We encourage our current families to share the Woodward story with your friends and neighbors. We welcome everyone to the Open House events to see the campuses, meet administrators, and learn more about life at Woodward, both in and out of the classroom.
