This week, Woodward participated in My Mind Matters (M3) Week. M3 is Woodward's Mental Health Awareness initiative created to empower and educate students in an effort to "stop the stigma and start the conversation." As part of this week, students participated in a variety of activites across all schools, which included yoga, mindfulness activities, time with therapy dogs, discussions with guest speakers, and a silent disco at the end of the week.
