The 2021-2022 War Eagles completed a successful season under first year Head Coach Mike Terry. Competing in one of the toughest regions in A-AAAAA, the War Eagles qualified for the state championship and advanced to the Elite 8 before falling to Starr’s Mill. Regular season highlights included wins over Starr’s Mill, who ended their season advancing to the Final 4, and Marist, who was eliminated in the Elite 8. 

The War Eagles had four players receive All State honors, one who received All American honors, and one player who received Academic All American honors: Ford Stratton, 1st team All State Midfield and All American, Asa Jones, 1st team All State defense, Ben Grice 2nd team All State midfield, and Thomas Freer, Honorable Mention All State Midfield and Academic All American. The War Eagles finished the season with a final record of 13-8.
