Mr. Aaron Hill Sr., Director of Student Activities for Woodward's Middle School, was selected from a highly competitive and diverse pool of applicants to be a faculty member for the 2019 NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC) in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Hill will join 60 faculty members from across the U.S. who have been selected to serve more than 1,600 student participants for the 26th Annual SDLC conference.
Ms. Hill will join his colleagues for a faculty development weekend at the Bolger Center in Potomac, Maryland, in early October. The 2019 NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC) and Student Diversity Leadership Conference will be held in Seattle December 4-7, exploring the theme "1619. 2019. Before. Beyond. Amplifying Our Intelligence to Liberate, Co-create, and Thrive."
