Woodward Students Compete in Jr. Track Cycling Nationals

This summer, eighth-graders Amelia Hicks, Sophie Zents, and sixth-grader Audrey Z. competed in the Junior Track Cycling Nationals held in Los Angeles. Sophie earned fourth place overall and Amelia earned fifth place overall in the nation for 13- and 14-year old girls. Audrey earned fifth place overall in the nation for 11- and 12-year old girls.

USA Cycling's mission is to develop the sport of cycling in the United States at all levels by bringing together cyclists, coaches, event promoters, community leaders, volunteers, and fans to form communities of those who want to see the sport of cycling prosper.
