Opting in to Remote Learning

Opting in to Remote Learning

We realize that several of our families may be uncomfortable with a return to campus due to the COVID-19 situation.*

For grades Pre-K to 6:

  • If you previously indicated that your student would learn remotely but now wish for them to return to on-campus learning, please visit woodward.edu/goremote. Your child may only return to campus by choosing a date noted on the form.
  • If you never opted in for your student to learn remotely, no action is needed unless your plans change. Please note that you may opt your student in to remote learning at any time by visiting woodward.edu/goremote. However, they may only return to on-campus learning by choosing one of the dates noted on the form. These dates are critical to managing the number of students on campus at any given time.

For grades 7-12:

  • If you are opting in for your student to learn remotely five days a week, please visit woodward.edu/goremote to indicate your plans, if you have not already done so.
  • If you previously indicated that your student would learn remotely but now wish for them to return to on-campus learning, please visit woodward.edu/goremote.
  • If you never opted in for your student to learn remotely, no action is needed unless your plans change. Please note that you may opt your student in to remote learning at any time by visiting woodward.edu/goremote. If your child must remote learn due to illness and/or the need to quarantine, please do not complete the opt-in form.

For consistency of our Woodward experience, we ask that remote learning students wear their uniform during school hours and that they be seated at a desk or a table.

*Please see the Medical Accommodations section for students who become sick with non-COVID illnesses.
