Transition Learning Support Program 2 - 8	Add a charge of $11,500 to the appropriate tuition. In grades 7 and 8, the charge may be less, based on the number of recommended classes.

A $3,500 non-refundable deposit is due upon enrollment.
Lunch is included in the tuition for all grades.
Textbooks are included in the tuition for pre-kindergarten through sixth grades.
The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) guidelines mandate that tuition must be paid by a parent, legal guardian, or other family member with the exception of payments coming from need-based financial aid.

Financial Aid

Your family can apply for need-based financial grants for grades K-12. (Woodward does not award merit-based or athletic scholarships.) A family’s degree of need is calculated by TADS, an independent third party, and our financial aid committee uses this information to determine the amount of the grant. The majority of grants are less than 50% of annual tuition, an average of $10,750. Our admissions and financial aid committees are separate, and every student’s admission acceptance or denial is made without regard for financial need.

GOAL Scholarship

Families interested in the Georgia GOAL Scholarship simply need to fill out the TADS application. Students that meet the GOAL eligibility criteria and fill out the TADS financial aid application are automatically considered for the scholarship. There is not a separate application process.

* The monthly installment amount includes $48 per month for the Tuition Refund Plan, which is required when participating in the 10-month payment plan.

Tuition Refund Plan

The Tuition Refund Plan is available to students attending the first ten calendar days of the school year to assist families with the full-year tuition obligation in the event of illness, relocation, dismissal, or other unanticipated separation from the school.

The cost of the Tuition Refund Plan is $480.00 per student. If you requested the Tuition Refund Plan on the enrollment agreement, the fee is payable with your first tuition payment according to the tuition plan selected on the enrollment agreement. If not selected during enrollment, the Tuition Refund Plan may be selected and the fee paid prior to the first day of school for coverage to be in effect.
